Question by Keyser Soze: How is it in the best interest of a child?
to NOT know who their real father is for emotional as well as health reasons?

The common defense of paternity fraud is “it’s in the best interest of the child”. Defenders of paternity fraud (fraud is a crime) will admit the fraud but justify it because of the supposedly benevolent use of the proceeds from the crime, the “it’s in the best interest of the child”.

Would drug trafficking be benevolent as long as the pusher used the proceeds from his drug trafficking to feed, cloth and put his kids through school?

Well my moms first marriage she had my half brother and her husband was abusive she didnt stick around because it was best for my half brother.. my mom has told my half brother about his father but she has also told him how he treated her… She has asked him if he would ever want to meet him he has a right to that.. but my brother just isnt interested so it depends on the child if the child knows the truth and doesnt want to know his/her real father i guess it is in the best interest its all about if the child want to know, obviously if he isnt consious of anything then your right…. So its always up to the child and it also depends if the father and his actions
